Step 1 - Information

Before we start working on your artwork, we will need from you a couple of details about your deal or event.

Step 2 - Designs​

As soon as we gather all the necessary information, it will help us determine the size, material, and whether the designs should be customized or more traditional.

Then, our art department will begin working on 2–3 initial design concepts based on your request and budget. The artwork is typically ready within 24–48 hours.

We also leverage AI-assisted design tools to explore creative possibilities and enhance the visual impact of your concepts. Please note that AI-generated design ideas will need to be reviewed and discussed with our art team to ensure they can be practically produced and translated into a finished product.

Next, we’ll schedule a quick call to review the designs and discuss any changes you’d like. Revisions are completed within 24 hours, with updated artwork ready within 48 hours.

This is the most important part of the deal toy process, where we collaborate as a team to ensure we fully meet your expectations — so that you and your client ultimately receive a truly exceptional and creative award.

Deal Toys Sample and Production

Step 3 - Sample and production

Once your senior team approves the final artwork, we will then send you an Order Form for your signature.

The factory will start working on the production of the sample and we will ship them ASAP.

Once we receive the ok on the sample, the mass production timeframe depends on the number of units needed and how difficult is the deal toy piece to produce.

Step 4 - Delivery

Golucites can ship awards everywhere in the United States, Europe, and also Central & South America (Mexico, Dominican Republic, Peru, Chile, Uruguay, and Colombia).
